Tri-clamps, also known as tri-clovers, are used to join pipes and fittings and is often used to connect a column to a keg or ferrule fitted to a boiler. Distilling tri-clamp ferrules are preferred because they make excellent, secure, and sanitary connections when installed correctly. They are also easy to clean whenever necessary.
