500g Diammonium Phosphate

Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) is a yeast nutrient which is a great source of nitrogen. Use 2 grams per 10 litres (1 teaspoon per 20 litres) to aid yeast and help reduce later problems with hydrogen sulphide.
