50L Essential Oil Extraction System Overview:
This system consists of two boilers:

1. Steam Boiler: The first boiler is filled with water to generate steam. It includes a heating element and a controller, but you can also use a gas flame as an alternative heat source.
2. Main Boiler with Condenser: The second (main) boiler is designed for plant-based oil extraction, such as essential oils from flowers or CBD oil for medicinal use. It features a false bottom (perforated plate) to support plant material, allowing steam to pass through for efficient distillation. The integrated condenser ensures effective cooling and collection of the extracted oils.
