DistilaMax GW

DistilaMax GW is an active dry yeast and is recommended for use in the production of grain Whisky, by fermentation of wort made from wheat or whole grain/maize/corn.

Temperature tolerance 20 to 34 degrees C. For faster fermentation keep temperature between 28 and 33 degrees C.
